    TGC deliver integrated facility services that assist organisations and Client’s as a whole in managing their assets including supporting their operations through carrying out Minor and Major Developments. We provide individual services with tailored integrated solutions. Our total facility services encompass a complete portfolio of operations that supports and complements the client’s business. No matter what the project or job, TGC has the philosophy of doing the job exceptionally, whether it be a general maintenance procedure or a complicated refurbishment. These are the services that ensure Client’s operations and include:
     Base Building Maintenance works
     General “handyman” works including make goods and retrofitting
     Planned preventative maintenance on behalf of the client
